These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) in accordance with its arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the German language, and the seat of arbitration shall be Munich, Germany. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of the arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the last updated date will be adjusted accordingly. For material changes, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days before they take effect by email or through a prominent notice on our website.
